Today is my first Foodie Friends Friday post, and I have chosen to feature a recipe from Passione Per Cucina, which is a great Italian food blog. There are tons of seriously yummy sounding recipes on this blog.  The photo is of Beetroot Tortellini Filled with Chard, Red Onion, Walnut and Ricotta, which sounds absolutely amazing.  Additionally, I am already thinking of other wonderful uses for the beetroot pasta that I just can't wait to try!
